Coffee shop story (from back in 2009)

Hey, As I write these words, a lot of memories are flooding back… I’m sitting in a particular seat at a particular coffee shop here in Perth, Australia, which I haven’t been in since way back in 2009 (I’ll tell you the significance of this place in just a bit). Last night I decided to take an important flight here from Kuala Lumpur – I caught the midnight flight and 5 hours later I was stepping out the airport into a cold, crisp Australian morning.  No matter where I go in the world, no where is the air fresher. The flight alone was worth the trip… … there’s something about being 10,000 feet up in the air with no wifi, no distractions, sitting amongst strangers who are all sleeping while I can happily type away. Being a night owl, this is the time I’m in my element, and with no interruptions I’m able to get done my most creative, highest leveraged and  highest revenue generating work. In those 5 hours I wrote about 5,000 words on a new front-end sales letter, and I’m not saying this to toot my own horn – but what I wrote was really good.  At least I think it was – maybe tomorrow I’ll reread what I wrote and think what I wrote was terrible. In your business, you need those places you can go where you can just ‘unplug’ and do the really high leverage $10,000 / hour work. Anyway, I’m back in Perth now, a place many call the world’s most isolated city. In 2 days, I’ll be getting on an 8 hour bus ride out to the world’s most isolated...
The Future…

The Future…

Hey, I think it’s been like 7 days since I sent you a live email broadcast – waaay too long.  I have no excuse, other than to say things have been insanely busy here. The first thing that’s been happening, is the acquisition of a brand new office for MOBE head quarters. See the big building in the middle of this picture? Well, it’s about 44 stories high, in a really good central location in downtown Kuala Lumpur (which has been my main base since 2014). At the top of that building is a 6,000 square foot office, which MOBE will be moving into in about 4 months. We are already in the building, but, the company is spread out over 5 different offices on different levels (I’m on the 12th floor right now writing this to you). So it will be good to have the entire team in the one office, just so we can communicate easier. Right now the entire 44th floor we’re moving into is empty and unfurnished. So I’ve been meeting with designers and getting mock-ups on different layouts.  I want to create a really cool, modern office that people actually want to go to.  Not the traditional corporate cubicles so many big company’s have. MOBE is going to be on one side of the floor, and then the other (which you see in this photo) will be turned into shared office space I’ll rent out to start-ups. We’ll also use this space to create our first ‘education center,’ complete with a seminar room, where business owners can come in and get training. The training...

Did you see this yet? [Platinum]

Hey, How are things?  I just got off stage here at the Platinum Mastermind in Spain… it’s my first time here, and also the first time for many of our attendees. This place is beautiful.  Warm, sunny weather (not hot and sweaty humid either), and the sun doesn’t set untill about9.00pm at night. I just realised last night that this is our 6th Platinum Mastermind (the others were in Fiji (2 of them), Curacao, Costa Rica, and Malaysia).  Time sure does fly. A big part of this event is about how a person can adjust their ‘financial thermostat’ – something I first learned about from T Harv Eker many years ago. Here’s how to concept works: If you set the temperature in a room to be at 72 degrees fahrenheit, the thermostat in that system is going to make sure that the temperature remains at a constant 72 degrees.  Give or take a degree. If a door is opened and hot air flows in, the thermostat will detect the rise in temperature, and trigger the air conditioning unit to pump in colder air, bringing the temperature back down to the acceptable range. If the room gets too cold, the same thing will happen – the thermostat will tell the air conditioning system to switch off, and the temperature will come back up. This may sound a little ‘airy fairy’ to some people reading this newsletters – the idea that there’s some financial thermostat in their mind that is responsible for their current level of wealth. But it’s very true. When people have a low set financial thermostat, it doesn’t matter...
Quick post before I catch my flight to Thailand

Quick post before I catch my flight to Thailand

Hey, In about 30 minutes I’ll be getting a taxi to the airport, to fly over to Thailand for our Titanium Mastermind.  Usually with these big events, I’m making a 20 – 30 hour trip just to get to the venue.  But because I’m in KL now, it’s only going to take 1 hour to get there.  Which is awesome! Anyway, it’s been a super busy week. Mainly because I launched Traffic Generator Pro, our new 30 step traffic training coaching program. I’m sure you’ve bought traffic training programs before that promised to show you how to get more leads. Most of them probably left you disappointed right? The main problem was, as soon as they showed you something you didn’t quite understand, you got stuck.   There was no one around to answer your questions, and help you actually implement the strategies. Well, this program is not like that. With TG Pro, you’ll actually have your own personal traffic coach who will get on the phone with you and explain things. Each session will go for a full 30 minutes. You get 10 of them, as you go through the 30 steps. (where else can you get 10 x 30 minute training sessions with a qualified traffic expert for just $49 / month?) After you complete those first 10 sessions, if you choose to continue in the program you’ll get another 2 x 30 minute sessions each month just to keep you on track. I do have a little bit of bad news though (well, bad news if you’re someone who puts things off till the last minute). On Saturday,...

Traffic Generator Pro is Live! (If you need more traffic watch this video now)

Hey, It’s LIVE! If you’re struggling to generate enough traffic and leads for your business, then you’re going to love this new program I just created… It’s called Traffic Generator Pro. It’s a 30 day training program where each day, you’ll learn a new method for getting leads (methods that are working TODAY – not 6 months ago), and you’ll also have your own personally assigned traffic coach as well. Your traffic coach will get on the phone with you and every 3 days will be available to answer your questions and coach you on implementing what you’re learning. This image on the left here is of the members area… once you log in, you’ll see all 30 steps and what they are about.  You will need to start out at Step 1 where we’ll explain the fundamentals, and then as you go through each step you’ll learn about the more advanced strategies. They are being uploaded now by our tech team so they will be there in the next 24 hours.  Also I want to be completely upfront with you before you buy it – some of the videos in the later steps have not been uploaded into the members area yet. If you’re completing 2 or 3 steps a day, then you won’t reach those later steps for quite a few days anyway. If you’re interested in knowing more, watch this video.  Our film studio spent a lot of time putting that together too, so I hope you like it. Talk soon,  Matt ======//====== P.S.  If you’re wondering why you haven’t heard much from me this week… it’s...
